Hello, friend

As we kick off a new year bound to be filled with many changes in immigration law, we want to share some perspective on how Cerenade and eimmigration are stepping up to support your work.

You’re likely preparing for challenging years ahead. With the new administration's mass deportation and stricter immigration policies pending, caseloads will multiply, processing times will increase, many filed cases will be rejected, countless families will be at risk of being torn apart, and it will be more difficult than ever for immigrants to attain legal status.

Your services as an immigration expert are more important than ever. It’s vital to the immigrant community that you have the capacity to support people as they pursue the right to live and work in the United States.

The diversity created through a vibrant immigrant community is a critical bedrock of this country’s foundation. And we’re committed to doing everything we can to help you support your clients.

Moving forward, Cerenade will be dedicating the vast majority of our resources to ensuring that eimmigration is the best case management software for immigration law professionals. We’re starting by giving the brand a fresh new look and releasing a new website that demonstrates all of the system’s capabilities and solutions. Stay tuned for a separate email about these updates.

Here are our commitments for the year ahead:

  • Implementing a new customer success team dedicated to helping you find ways to use eimmigration to improve efficiency and increase your organization’s capacity
  • Listening to thousands of immigration attorneys and caseworkers to understand how we can evolve eimmigration to support their processes and make their casework easier
  • Enhancing our AI tools and building new AI capabilities to automate manual tasks that currently take valuable time from your staff so they can reallocate their energy to case strategy
  • Strengthening partnerships with some of the top minds in immigration law to deliver expert insights that will help you stay on top of important policy changes, landmark cases, and practical tools

As a proud member of the immigrant community, I’ve spent the last 30 years building digital solutions for immigration attorneys. I believe this work is more consequential now than ever before. Know that we’re here to serve you in whatever way we can.

Here’s to protecting our country’s diversity,
